The Boy is back in town
The Boy came back Sunday afternoon. He was in one piece, rosy cheeked
from the Wiltshire countryside fresh air and tired. His first words on
returning home were "did Daddy record Dr Who?". Once the important
stuff out of the way he told tales of walking around a castle, going to
sleep at 10pm, having 4 helpings of spag bol and 3 helpings of
shepherds' pie, playing on haystacks and looking for eggs. The mum who
had gone to see them perform on the Sunday morning said they did really
well, sang very nicely and all remembered their words. He wants to go
again next year.

Jiiiiim!!! / Website (4.5.05 14:09) Hey, even I felt sorry for the Dalek at the end, although it was nowhere near as scary as it should have been, especially with the deadly sink plunger - whatever happened to the old egg-whisk-shaped laser-style weapon? Anyway, good to hear The Boy cam back in one piece. |
